Hi, this is the change equation and I just wanted to remind everybody about it:

D= Dissatisfaction with how things are nou V= Vision of what is possible F= First steps that can be taken towards the vision R= Resistance to change If the product of the first three factors – D, V, F – is greater than Resistance, then change is possible.

Gazeta de Sud and what I’ve done for them (small part). Only good words I have to say about people from Craiova at Gazeta de Sud where I worked for a short period. See here some posters, banners, logos and tickets which were included in big image events I took part with image creation and design.
RoBlogFest 2009 (”Oscarul Blog-erilor din Romania: 
) m-a surprins. Sunt multumita de notele juriului si va spun sincer ca nu ma asteptam sa ma clasific mai sus de jumatatea listei cu candidati. La premiul de popularitate m-am descalificat deja de la finalul primei etape fiindca n-am dat mici si bere la lume ca sa ma voteze. 
Mai recunosc faptul ca nici n-am dat sfoara-n tara ca am blog si nici nu mi-am upgradat foarte bine blogul pentru maxim de accesari. Am mai scapat cate o vorba pe la job si cam atat. Dar multumesc juriului care mi-a dat note frumusele la cele doua ramuri din categoria Profesional si astfel cu nota 7.43 m-am clasat pe locul 38 din 122 ca Blog Cultural si cu nota 7.48 m-am clasat pe locul 10 din 55 ca Blog de design/creatie. De ce ar fi importanta aceasta clasificare pentru mine? Simplu. Pentru ca inseamna ca fac diferenta. Nu ma intereseaza neaparat sa fiu un formator de opinie insa daca lumea vizualizeaza lucrarile si imi citeste posturile si mai revine pe blog din cand in cand interesata sa vada ce mai zic/scriu inseamna ca fac diferenta intr-o peisaj (romanesc) altminteri cam plat si opac din anumite puncte de vedere. Iaca sunt şi eu un dâmbuleţ important acolo.

I don’t like to speak too much. What have to say professional communicators and people who like to talk a lot, about this? I don’t like to talk but this does not mean that I don’t understand or feel the need to express our ideas and feelings. For a while I only choose to post on my blog images with my works and other pictures I take. What you will find here on my blog is at least 90% original. Only 90 because from time to time I’ll post some other things that I like. So if you find my work interesting keep visiting my blog and maybe you will get to know me better
