Hi, This Is The Change Equation

Hi, this is the change equation and I just wanted to remind everybody about it:

D x V x F > R

D= Dissatisfaction with how things are nou V= Vision of what is possible F= First steps that can be taken towards the vision R= Resistance to change If the product of the first three factors – D, V, F – is greater than Resistance, then change is possible.

Or: Change is a Function of Dissatisfaction, Vision, First Step Idea
